The Spot Talk with Sarah Ramus
Welcome everybody to our first "The Spot Talk" where we have the chance to share moments and expediences of the Good Vibes Movement! This week, we get to hear some sweet words from one of our friends, Sarah Ramus!
-------
“If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” - Nikola Tesla
Here in the heart of our little city, “The Spot”, all of its teachers, facilitators, collaborators, and community members are building a movement from within, building up and around ourselves. Together we have evolved into a space where anyone and everyone can come and participate actively in creating and enjoying community.
My practice at “The Spot” is to inspire and cultivate high vibrational energies, encourage participants to embrace those “Good Vibes” within themselves and share in their own direct experiences of health, healing, and happiness.
One of the greatest purposes I can align with is to be of service to others. I have found that in giving and serving I receive so much more than I ever anticipate. The most valuable gift I have received through being a part of the ‘Good Vibes Tribe’ and leading donation based classes at the spot is seeing some of the people I love the most, my close family and friends, enjoying the benefits of their practice, incorporating their intentions into their lives and cultivating their own happiness through their practice.
“The Spot” is the perfect place to come, be of service, to both yourselves and the community, whether you are leading or taking in a practice, there is always a gift to be given and value to be received.

If you want catch Sarah in action - join her Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 - 9 am for "morning mugs + movement." This a practice where you can gently build warmth, foster conscious breathing, move intuitively, increase morning flexibility and compassionately awaken your morning body to elevate your mood and infuse good vibes into your day. We will greet each day anew by incorporating techniques from many styles and lineages of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Yin sequences. Fill your mugs and meet her in the "Good Vibes" space.
