Yoga & Chakras: Fundraising Workshop for Good Vibes Movement

Beginning April 6th, on the first Tuesday of each month Ofelia will lead a yoga workshop as a fund raising event for the Good Vibes Movement, replacing her usual Esoteric Tantric Yoga class.

Everyone is welcome - no previous yoga experience needed.

During this event we will learn unique information and practices about the 7 main chakras and 3 of the most important secondary chakras.

Hear from Ofelia about the workshop, "The 7 chakras are our main gates towards the universe. Each of them influences our body, our emotions, the way we think and our spiritual development. Every yoga pose energizes at least one of the chakras, and In this way helps us improve at multiple levels. The connection between yoga poses and chakras is usually kept secret. Come and experience a yoga session based on this connection. Also learn about resonance as the main law that controls everything in our life."

Free clothing market to begin in April

We have started a clothing closet! We accept donations that are clean, gently used, and on a hanger. You can drop off at ANY GVM class.
Beginning April 3rd (12-2) we will host Saturday clothing pop-ups in front of Good Vibes Movement, providing free clothing to those that need them. Each pop up will be a carefully curated selection of clothing, with an intention that "shoppers" feel respected and seen.

If you think you have something you could donate, please email carter@goodvibesmovment.org for more information!

This beautiful endeavor is in collaboration with Zakariyah Hill, The Supply Hive and Megan Evans, A.S.O.M.E.
