Monday //

8:00 - 9:00 am with Sarah Marie

"Through facilitation I will share my love of the practice with you by inviting you to connect to your breath, focus your awareness on your movements and how you feel, and finally ask you to apply what you've learned, and how you feel, to your life off of the mat.

My studies in yoga began here in Des Moines, back in 2013 and really sparked my love for the practice. I have since studied in India, and Mexico and come to you offering traditional Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa and The Rocket®️ sequences."

x Together we will gently build warmth, foster conscious breathing, move intuitively, increase our morning flexibility and compassionately awaken your morning body to elevate your mood and infuse good vibes into your day.

We will greet each day anew by incorporating techniques from many styles and lineages of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Yin sequences.

" was first drawn to the physical practice of yoga but quickly saw how it calmed and centered my mind. I became a Registered Yoga Teacher to share the benefits of this lifestyle with others. Vinyasa yoga is my personal favorite to practice and teach, but I enjoy a variety of styles. I believe in having a balanced practice including breath work, meditation and physical movements including both restorative and strength training."

x Vinyasa is my go to, but I also really enjoy restorative, yin-yang (a combo of power and yin), gentle, strength based vinyasa or advanced vinyasa.
